Overview
Not Too Shabby (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Not Too Shabby iOS application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
We do not require you to create an account. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Information We Collect
1. Payment Information
When you send a tip through the App, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details. Stripe handles all payment data securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Stripe may collect:
- Payment card information (processed directly by Stripe)
- Transaction amount and timestamp
- Device type and IP address (for fraud prevention)

2. Push Notification Token
If you grant permission to receive notifications, your device generates an anonymized push notification token. This token is registered with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and is used solely to send you alerts when new gigs are added to our schedule.
We do not use this token to identify you personally, track your location, or share it with advertisers.
3. App Usage
We do not run analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks in this App. We do not collect browsing history, location data, or any behavioral data.

Data Retention
- Payment data is retained by Stripe according to their policies. We retain only the transaction amount and date in our payment processor dashboard for accounting purposes.
- Push notification tokens are managed by Firebase and are invalidated automatically when you uninstall the App or revoke notification permission.
We do not maintain a user database.
Your Choices
Notifications
You can enable or disable push notifications at any time:
- Within the App: Settings tab → Gig Notifications toggle
- In iOS Settings: Settings → Notifications → Not Too Shabby
Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to view gigs or send tips.
Payments
All payment data is managed by Stripe. To request deletion of payment records, contact Stripe directly at stripe.com/contact.
Children’s Privacy
This App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
